  10.                   run windows setup and change to a 480 * 640

  15.     INSTALLATION
  16.        Copy the file Wordman.exe to a directory :
  17.            example : c:\wingames\wordman
  18.        start windows
  19.        open Your "games" group 
  20.        select file\new from the windows prog. manager
  21.        select new program item
  22.        type the right path and file name :
  23.            example : c:\wingames\wordman\wordman.exe
  24.        push enter , the wordman icon will now appear
  25.        place the mouse pointer over the wordman -
  26.        icon and double-push the left mouse button .

  28.     The WORDMAN  63 word's shareware version may be
  29.     freely copied and distributed. It's use is subject to the conditions
  30.     outlined in this document in section II.

  32.     The WORDMAN 630 word's commercial version may not be 
  33.     distributed freely ,if  anybody do I'll sue them.
  34.     The only (legal & ethical) way to get the 630 word's

  60. I. DEFINITION OF SHAREWARE
  61.  
  62.     Shareware distribution gives users a chance to try software before
  63.     buying it. If you try a Shareware program and continue using it, you
  64.     are expected to register. Individual programs differ on details -- some
  65.     request registration while others require it, some specify a maximum
  66.     trial period. With registration, you get anything from the simple right
  67.     to continue using the software to receiving an updated program with
  68.     a printed manual.

  70.     Copyright laws apply to both Shareware and commercial software, and the
  71.     copyright holder retains all rights, with a few specific exceptions as
  72.     stated below. Shareware authors are accomplished programmers, just like
  73.     commercial authors, and the programs are of comparable quality. (In
  74.     both cases, there are good programs and bad ones!) The main difference
  75.     is in the method of distribution. The author specifically grants the
  76.     right to copy and distribute the software, either to all and sundry or
  77.     to a specific group. For example, some authors require written permiss-     
  78.     ion before a commercial disk vendor may copy their Shareware.

  80.     Shareware is a distribution method, not a type of software. You should
  81.     find software that suits your needs and pocketbook, whether it's com-  
  82.     mercial or Shareware. The Shareware system makes fitting your needs
  83.     easier, because you can try before you buy.  And because the overhead
  84.     is low, prices are low also. Shareware has the ultimate money-back
  85.     guarantee -- if you don't use the product, you don't pay for it.

  88. II. DISCLAIMER - AGREEMENT

  93.     "WORDMAN is supplied as is.  The author disclaims all warranties,
  94.     expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of
  95.     merchant ability and of fitness for any purpose. The author assumes no
  96.     liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from
  97.     the use of WORDMAN."

  99.     WORDMAN is a "shareware program" and is provided at no charge to the
  100.     user for evaluation.  Feel free to share it with your friends, but
  101.     please do not give it away altered or as part of another system.  The
  102.     essence of "user-supported" software is to provide personal computer
  103.     users with quality software without high prices, and yet to provide
  104.     incentive for programmers to continue to develop new products.  If you
  105.     find this program useful and find that you are using WORDMAN and
  106.     continue to use WORDMAN after a reasonable trial period, you must make
  107.     a registration payment as described on the first page of this document.
  108.     The applicable registration fee will license one copy for use on any
  109.     one computer at any one time.  You must treat this software just like
  110.     a book.  An example is that this software may be used by any number of
  111.     people and may be freely moved from one computer location to another,
  112.     so long as there is no possibility of it being used at one location
  113.     while it's being used at another.  Just as a book cannot be read by
  114.     two different persons at the same time.

  116.            Commercial users of WORDMAN must register and pay for their copies of
  117.     WORDMAN within 30 days of first use or their license is withdrawn.
  118.     Site-License arrangements may be made by contacting ME.

  120.     Anyone distributing WORDMAN for any kind of remuneration must first
  121.     contact ME (CARL) at the address above for authorization. This
  122.     authorization will be automatically granted to distributors recognized
  123.     by the (ASP) as adhering to its guidelines for shareware distributors,
  124.     and such distributors may begin offering WORDMAN immediately (However
  125.     CARL BJOERK must still be advised so that the distributor can be kept
  126.     up-to-date with the latest version of WORDMAN.).

  129.     for evaluation.  Please encourage them to register their copy if they
